Growing more eco conscious, we tried the wooden craft kit in anticipation for upcoming Easter. Our "normal" tradition of buying large amounts of chocolates as gifts/placing them in plastic eggs, hiding them for the kids to find and consuming until they're full of sugar didn't feel right anymore. In actuality we spent very little time bonding with them besides showing them how to consume. Very happy to have found this product that actually let us sit as a family and spend time by simply painting. We're pleased with the quality of the eggs/paints/brush. We mixed 1/2 a teaspoon of paint and it was sufficient to paint all of the eggs with extra paint for use in other painting projects. Our 3 yr old had as much fun mixing the paint as she did painting the eggs. She was a bit frustrated with paint going on her hands as she painted the eggs, so we taped it to a small piece of cardboard and problem solved. It comes with one brush so if you have multiple kids make sure to have extra and one for yourself =). We will definitely be painting more eggs this coming Easter and even on random weekends.

I always use this walnut oil as base. And whatever pigments or even just blend in other non oil paints to it....i Love this
My order shipped quickly and all my questions were patiently answered. The colors are gorgeous, plus I no longer have to worry about our animal companions entering the studio while I paint, no noxious fumes from turpentine. This is a great paint for me as well, as I am legally blind and have to get quite close to the canvas to paint, so I am no longer breathing in toxic substances at point-blank range. My mind is more at ease, knowing I can be gentle on the environment and still do what I love. Thank you.
Great Craft Kit, everything natural and biodegradable. Also the packaging. This is how the future should be. As mother of a 3 yo girl i am aware of dangers coming from toxic environment. Awareness is key.
