Words can’t describe how proud I am for this Canadian family-owned new business selling eco friendly paint and products! So much needed for me and artists today… I bought about a lifetime supply of paints, but I also expect to be a return customer for other colours and mediums I’ll need later. The owner personally emailed me back about the status of my shipment, and no one ever does that for me in this day of automated responses, and when the world often has confusion with shipping. They even called me to discuss what was happening with my order, called me the next day after the email was sent, and I was completely calm with what they explained to me. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was scared to miss the package, since it was a lot of paints, but everything worked out as planned. To say that I highly recommend this company and their products and staff- would be the understatement of my life .
