Made with distilled water, natural clay and mineral pigments, organic castor seed oil, certified organic beeswax, certified organic fair-trade Shea Nilotica butter, glycerin, plant-derived cetearyl alcohol, carrageenan seaweed, an olive-based emulsifier, and 1% Optiphen, a formaldehyde- and paraben-free preservative.

The paint is free from nanoparticles, heavy metals, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, and petroleum-based dyes. Each jar is packaged in a post-consumer recycled plastic jar with lid.

Natural Face Paint has a soft, creamy consistency and does not need to be activated with water. Use a small amount at a time and build the colour in thin layers, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next.

• For larger areas: Use an applicator or sponge to spread and blend the paint evenly.
• For fine details: Use the smaller applicators or a fine brush.
• Mix your own colours: The six colours can be mixed together to expand your palette — for example, red + yellow for orange or red + blue for purple.
• For easier blending: Lightly dampen the applicator if you want a more fluid consistency.
• For longer wear: In hot or humid conditions, a light dusting of cornstarch can help set the paint and reduce smudging.
• To remove: Wash from skin with water; mild soap can also be used. Rinse brushes and applicators with soap and water and let them air dry.
