I used gum Arabic powder to add consistency to a homemade ink. I was very pleased with the outcome. The product is very fine and easy to mix. I have been very happy with it and for the low price I have thought about making a cottage industry of home-made inks.

Consistent between batches
I've purchased this twice now for use in gum bichromate printing and mixing with watercolors. This gum arabic is consistent in quality and color. I add a bit of thymol to preserve, but even before I did that it didn't seem to go bad after being mixed for over a month.
