Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator within 1–2 business days (or same day when in stock). Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
Rush / Heavy Orders: If you require rush delivery or have a large/heavy order, please contact us at info@naturalearthpaint.ca for a custom shipping quote.
Delivery & Address Accuracy: Delivery timeframes are estimated by carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping address prior to checkout.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use zero-waste, eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible to protect your order and the environment.
Cold Sensitivity: Natural Acrylik Paints, Mediums, and Fluid Acryliks can freeze and be damaged in transit during winter months. Earth pigments, brushes, and powdered kits are not temperature-sensitive and ship normally year-round.
Our Protection Measures: Cold-sensitive items are clearly labelled and marked with Fragile and Do Not Freeze stickers for carriers. We monitor transit weather and may temporarily hold orders during extreme cold snaps to avoid freezing.
Winter Recommendations: When purchasing acrylics in winter, we recommend checking weather forecasts along the delivery route, selecting Priority shipping, placing orders between Saturday and Monday to avoid weekend holds, and shipping to a business address or ensuring someone is home to receive delivery immediately.
Policy Note: Transit weather is beyond carrier control. Acrylik products damaged by freezing during transit are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable
Return Window: Unopened and unused items in original packaging purchased through shop.naturalearthpaint.ca may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of product receipt. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 60 days.
Prior Authorization & Cutoffs: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns must be received at our facility within 14 days from the approval date. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Details & Fees: Full item price is refunded less shipping costs. If your order received free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee (before taxes).
Late or Missing Refunds: Please allow 10 business days for processing. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, then reach out to us at info@naturalearthpaint.ca.
Return Shipping & Address: Customers should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it. Send approved returns to:

Rethink Art Safety:
It’s important to question what’s truly in the products you’re offering your customers. Conventional art supplies often claim to be “non-toxic,” but how safe are they really?
At Natural Earth Paint, we’re committed to providing genuinely non-toxic, eco-friendly, and high-quality products.
Your customers can be confident that they’re using materials that are safe for both their health and the environment. It's time to offer your customers a better, safer alternative.
Is your store ready to make the switch?
For thousands of years, art supplies were made from just earth pigments and natural binders—no fillers or chemicals. Today, most supplies contain harmful additives, wasteful packaging, and hidden environmental costs.
Natural Earth Paint offers vibrant, non-toxic, eco-friendly paints made from sustainable ingredients and compostable or recycled packaging, helping support a healthier planet while inspiring creativity.
